Your 12 week Journey to Sunny Coast 70.3

Have you ever thought how your performance would improve with a training program personalised around you? Your fitness level, your availability and your specific goals? What if such a program was accessible, fully personalised at a reasonable cost?

For Sunny Coast 70.3 we are introducing a 12 week individualised program to assist you in getting the best result, designed specifically for you.

It’s all about you

It’s all about assisting you reach your goals, at your pace, within your lifestyle!

In the first week we kick off with some fitness tests to identify your training zones, your aerobic fitness and identify the priority target areas for performance improvement in the 12 week window. After the tests have been completed and analysed we meet to agree the training approach, design a weekly session plan which will achieve the best performance in a healthy regime.

Keeping in touch

To keep on track your coach will be available by email and messenger (48 hour guaranteed, 24 hour average response).

You will have the option to have a one to one catch-up with your coach every fortnight. This can be face to face, by phone or on Skype.

You also have the option of joining the FitSets race specific Facebook group to share training sessions and experience with other members.

As a bonus there will be weekly educational webinars and Facebook lives to set the scene for the next weeks training, discuss Sunny Coast course specifics, address pacing, nutrition strategies and more.

Requirements and pre-requisites:

  • Heart rate monitor with GPS
  • All equipment required for race (Wetsuit, Bike, trainers)
  • Reasonable aerobic fitness to complete race distances
  • Triathlon Australia member (or national equivalent)
  • Mobile or computer to access TrainingPeaks.
