Progressive training, nutrition, and balance programs, coupled with a focus on technique and balance are essential to realistic goal achievement. The contents presented in FitSets.com have been compiled over the last 14 years of my triathlon journey spanning Sprint to Ironman events including successes, and learning from failures by self and those I have coached.
