Location: Sandgate Aquatic Centre – Sandgate

• Indoor heated pool
• Presentation room for video analysis
• Cafe on site

Date & Time: 1st June 2024

• Video Review: Noon to 1:00 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes before the start)
• Balance and Breath control: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
• Timing, Streamlining and Propulsion: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM

What to Bring

• Each session will have theory and practical. You will be in and out of the pool, so bring some warmth.
• Goggles
• Deck coat or fleece
