• Indoor heated pool
• Presentation room for video analysis
• Cafe on site

Date & Time: 29th August 2026

• Video Review: 2 PM to 3:15 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes before the start)
• Balance and Breath Control: 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM
• Timing, Streamlining and Propulsion: 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM

What to Bring

• Each session will have theory and practical. You will be in and out of the pool, so bring some warmth.
