Introductory session beginning your Swim Mastery progression
We progress through the Swim Mastery experience, improving balance and streamlining.
We will spend 45 minutes in the pool to start your swimming journey with certified coach Paul Skelton.
Suitable for everyone. Lessons will be adapted for those learning to swim, the improving endurance swimmer or the Elite. We all have room for improvement.
The session will be held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre, your home or local pool with management consent.
The equipment required is goggles and a swim cap only. No fins, kickboard, or pull buoy is needed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours before the session.
