The session will be held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre, your home pool or your local pool with management consent.
Video Analysis included in first session.
Equipment required is goggles and a swim cap only. No fins, kickboard or pull buoy required.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the session.
